Click Join the Pack to answer a short questionnaire about your dog, choose your subscription size, and add any optional extras before checkout.
We currently offer one core subscription, with prices starting from £24.99 (plus £3.99 delivery):
Ted's Classic Box
A balanced mix of toys and treats, scaled to suit your dog's size and refreshed each month to keep things exciting.
Available in Small, Medium or Large.
When will my first box arrive?
Your first box is always the next scheduled monthly edition.
- Subscribe before the end of any month → receive next month's box
- Subscribe after the monthly cut-off → receive the following month's box
Example: Subscribe on 30 September → receive October box. Subscribe on 1 October → receive November box.
Your Monthly Delivery
After your first box, your Love From Ted subscription continues with one box per month.
Monthly billing & dispatch
- All active subscriptions are charged on the 1st of each month.
- Packing takes place 2–3 working days after payment.
- Boxes are dispatched in the first week (typically on the 5th).
- Delivery takes 2–3 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Flexibility & control
You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime up until 23:59 on the last day of each month. Any changes made after this cut-off will apply to the following month.
Dog Size Guide
Breed examples are for guidance only. If you're unsure, the Medium box is a safe starting point for most dogs.
Small Dog
Best for small adult dogs.
Typically suitable for dogs
up to around 10kg.
Common examples include:
- Chihuahua
- Yorkshire Terrier
- Pomeranian
- Miniature Dachshund
If you're buying for a puppy,
please choose our Puppy Box.
Medium Dog
Our most popular size.
Generally suitable for adult dogs
around 10–25kg.
Common examples include:
- Border Terrier
- Cocker Spaniel
- Beagle
- Border Collie
If your dog sits between sizes,
Medium is usually the safest choice.
